In addition to the data outlined in 1.1 (Name & email address), we only have access to the progress you have made on the units within the Content (i.e., if you have marked them as complete).

Unless you explicitly allow us otherwise, we only collect, store and process the information you share for you to use the Service. This information is treated confidentially.

Your personal data is used to identify you, contact you if necessary, and generate receipts. Your data is securely stored by wix.com, the website service provider, for the purpose of providing you access to the content.

Making Friends with Feelings does not engage in email or text marketing.

We share your information with third parties only for the purpose of providing you with access to the content. Third party services are used to process payment.

3.1 Financial Information

Payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal. Your financial information, used to purchase the content, is provided to these third parties based on your payment choice. We have access to your purchase history to issue receipts, provide access to the content, and for accounting purposes.

3.2 Personal information and App use

Wix.com, our service provider, has access to the data we hold to enable you to access our products and services. You can find their Privacy Policy here.

The Service may use your data to identify and fix issues with the Service, and to uncover any unlawful use. The Service follows the law and may share information with authorities for legal reasons:

(i) To prevent, investigate, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service, or any other agreement related to the Service, or as otherwise required by Law.

While the Service conducts regular checks, complete protection is challenging. Your account access relies on your personal password, so keep it confidential. Always log out and close the browser window if accessing the App on shared computers.  

If you forget your password, you can contact support@makingfriendswithfeelings.com.au and we can email you a temporary password. We recommend you change this password as soon as possible. If you believe someone else may have access to your password, we also recommend that you change your password.
